Getting around safe and sound Lima is centrally located, functioning as an international travel hub. Lima’s modern international airport is just a 20 minute ride away from the centre (55 soles private taxi to Miraflores). If you are travelling over land by bus you will definitely be able to stop at our hostel in Lima, as all main highways in Peru cross through the capital Lima.


Lima is the ideal place to relax before moving on to great places like the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu very close to our Pariwana hostel in Cusco, the mysterious Nazca lines, the undiscovered Northern Highlands, the Amazon river of Iquitos, the beaches of Mancora or the sand(board) dunes in Huacachina.
