What to do in The Ancestral Cusco City?

Cusco is a fantastic city with a thriving culture that demands to be explored. My first few days in the city were spent wandering the streets and I thoroughly enjoyed looking around.


The Beautiful Mancora Beaches

Sitting in the north of the country not far from the border with Ecuador sits a beautiful beach town that every backpacker will eventually want to visit. During my time in Cusco I went to Machu Picchu. I didn´t book early enough to go on the Inca Trail, you need to book months in advance, so instead I went on the jungle trail.


Crossing the border of Bolivia to Pariwana Cusco

I arrived in Cusco from Copacabana and thus had to cross the border between Bolivia and Peru. Our bus stopped at the border, 20 minute drive outside Copacabana and waited for us while we went into the Bolivian border check.
